Group Policies and Information

 

Groups can be set up as the following:

  • A general block of rooms can be held under the group's name and each person in the group can call the hotel to make a reservation and pay for that suite individually with a credit card. A credit card number must be given at the time of registration.

    Or

  • A master account can be set up. The group would be required to submit a rooming list in advance. A deposit is due with the signed contract.


Here are our Group Policies:

  • An advanced good faith deposit is required for all groups in conjunction with a final signed contract.
  • Cancellations can be made on a sliding scale basis, in advance of the group’s arrival date. All unused room blocks will be released back into the hotel's general inventory 30 days prior to arrival. At that time, the group rate is no longer guaranteed.
  • Special discounted rates are available for tour bus drivers.
  • Upon request, all attempts will be made to block rooms together.
  • Special transportation arrangements to can be made in advance for a fee.
