The Phoenix Grand Hotel is the headquarters hotel for the new Salem Conference Center in downtown Salem, Oregon.

rooms totaling 29,400 square feet can be configured for any combination of exhibit, theater, banquet or classroom activity.
The Salem Conference Center was designed and constructed with the intent of conforming to the standards of LEED certification.
Salem Conference Center Space:
On the first floor, the 8,750 square-foot Santiam River
Room accommodates up to 1,200 participants.
On the second floor the 11,400 square-foot Willamette
River Room can accommodate up to 1,600 participants.
